The USS Aventine is a first-generation Vesta-class starship, commissioned in 2380 and one of the most advanced vessels in Starfleet history. Originally commanded by Captain Dexar, leadership was passed to Captain Ezri Dax after a fierce battle with a Borg Sphere.

Key Missions & Legacy:

• Exploration: Ventured into the Gamma Quadrant through the Bajoran Wormhole to investigate the wreckage of the Earth starship Columbia near Dominion space.

• Diplomacy: Transported Ambassador Sonek Pran to Achernar Prime to negotiate with Empress Donatra of the Imperial Romulan State.

• Covert Operations: Played a critical role in a Starfleet Intelligence mission to infiltrate Breen space, confirming the theft of Quantum Slipstream Drive plans and aiding in the destruction of a Breen prototype vessel.
