The Cylon Baseship (TOS) by Eaglemoss, Issue 05, is a finely detailed model of the fearsome warship from the original "Battlestar Galactica" series. This model faithfully captures the iconic twin-disc design connected by a central column, which served as both a heavily armed warship and a carrier for Cylon Raiders. 

The Baseship played a pivotal role in the Cylon fleet, relentlessly pursuing the Colonial fleet throughout the series. Designed by the legendary concept artist Ralph McQuarrie, who brought his visionary touch to "Battlestar Galactica" after working on "Star Wars," the Cylon Baseship is a testament to his genius.

First appearing in the 1978 pilot episode "Saga of a Star World," the Baseship became an enduring symbol of the relentless Cylon threat, featuring prominently throughout the original series as the primary vessel of the Cylon Imperious Leader.
